I am conscientious when pricing books. I research, weed through the glut of on line crazies, and then ask myself the important questions ....
Regardless of how others have valued this book, what is it worth?
Can I glimpse this object's intrinsic value?
It is an imperfect process, but I believe it leads to a fair price.
Two people today felt like I should take less than what I was asking for a book.
The first was for a recent trade paperback in perfect condition that sells new for $14. It was priced here at $7.
The second was for two books ... one that clearly stated the book was in print for $19 though we had it priced at $9 (less than half cover) and one that was $5. He wanted to pay $10 for both.
I really can say nothing more than .... huh????
