I have been waiting for this to happen. It hasn't happened since we began the blog.

'I am wondering if you can help me. I am completely spacing on this author's name. It is Japanese sounding, but he may not be Japanese. I can't remember any of the titles of his books, but one was made into a movie with Kira Knightly.'

With some help from other store patrons, I was able to figure out the author for whom she sought (Ishiguro) and she bought one of his books.
